  1. Hi brought tickets for 3 adults. And have 2 under 18 months. So they can sit on laps. But also my disabled grandson has had an major operation so can’t go to school so I’d love to bring him. He s 7 but he s only tiny so would sit on our laps. Would this be a problem ?

    1. Hi Hazel,

Thanks for your message. Those above 18 months must have their own ticket, regardless of whether they will be sitting on laps.

      Hope this helps!

  2. Hello,

We have purchased tickets and are bringing our children to Peppa Pig’s surprise. Given they are 3 years and under, we’ll need a stroller to bring them into central London.

Is there somewhere to store buggies and strollers during the performance?

    Many thanks.

    1. Hi Saskia,

There is a cloakroom and the theatre foyer can be used for storing pushchairs. Please talk to a member of staff upon arrival, who will assist you.

    1. Hi Jason,

Booster seats are available at the theatre, subject to availability. It is advised that you arrive early and ask a member of staff for a booster seat.

  3. Fantastic production, great mix of entertainment which kept us all engaged. Big congratulations to all the team! Our daughter loved it and so did we. Father Christmas coming on was a lovely touch. Would love to catch this again!
